I provided comprehensive design support throughout the project, which included advising on bathroom design choices and suggesting suitable tiles, recommending a functional layout and color scheme for the kitchen, and selecting appropriate flooring materials for the open-plan kitchen and living area.
Additionally, I recommended custom garden doors to enhance the flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, and created a detailed plan for the raised garden beds, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing overall design.
This project involved a complete furnishing of a home that started with no furniture at all. The client preferred a timeless and sophisticated look throughout the space. The refurbishment was completed in an efficient 6-week timeline, covering a master bedroom, a home office, a teenage loft, a dining area, and a living room.
I sourced a thoughtful mix of new and pre-loved furniture to maintain quality while optimizing the budget. Key pieces included comfortable sofas, beds, side tables, chests of drawers, nightstands, a statement TV console, and a coffee table. I carefully selected area rugs to complement the theme, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere in each room. The project also involved choosing elegant lighting fixtures, lamps, and window treatments, including curtains, to enhance the overall aesthetic.
This project was completed abroad, where the flat initially came with newly installed bathrooms and flooring. The client was actively involved in the process, often going shopping and sending photos for approval of the color scheme. I sourced key pieces, including artwork, designer chairs, a dining table, statement rugs for the living and dining area, a sofa, and vintage glass side table and coffee table. I also oversaw the installation of a fully custom-made kitchen with a quartz worktop, selected window coverings, and furnished the bedroom with nightstands, fitted wardrobes, and lamps for a cohesive and elegant finish.
